Wine Blending Party

We will provide the wines, the tools and a little guidance to craft your own perfect blend. Our professional wine representative Scott Lea, has selected red wines from our tasting menu. He will guide you through an in-depth understanding of grape varietals and their flavors so you may create your very own blend. You will have the opportunity to measure and blend samples together to create a new wine to be presented to the judges for their final swirl, aroma and sip test. Prizes and hors d'oeuvres.
